I'm disappointed in this loss but not near like I was for Syracuse I couldn't even watch the highlights from that game because I missed some of it I was so mad. If Cam played the whole game and I'm not saying he should have we win going away in the 4th quarter.

I'll acknowledge he won't be here next year and we will greatly miss him. At the same point 75% of the back 7 won't be playing either. If we keep getting great defensive portal additions and somehow land a QB that is in the top 20% at his position we might be able to sustain something.
 
Year 1 shouldn’t have been as bad as it was but I could shrug it off.

Year 2 Van Dyke cost us at least two games beyond the kneel down.

Year 3 you had TWO bye weeks to fix or at least try to fix the issues on the defense and couldn’t do it. Said it today after Becht scrambled for the first after they had him dead to rights, not athletic enough to play man, too dumb to play zone

I mean once Emory went in I knew it was over. I just didn’t know exactly how. Once we had that absurd drive passing 2 of 3 downs then I knew how we would lose

Syracuse was much worse for sure

Yeah there’s always a lot of excuses and not all of them are crap. There’s some legit ones

But you can’t really hide from stuff like this it’s just who you are at this point

I think there’s always gonna be a few supporters but I think most people are just resigned to trying to support the program knowing full well Mario is in absolutely zero danger of losing his job

He certainly doesn’t get dinged today for losing with Cam on the sidelines
