Reality of College Football, no matter where you go.

Can't disagree with the kid...except if you go to Bama or Clemson. Don't see those coaches going anywhere soon. They have it good in every sense.

Idk about Clemson but it's kind of the same story for Bama. People love to poach their position coaches.

You can tell that to a 17 year old until you're blue in the face. Most of your 5* and 4* and even your hotly recruited 3* don't think like that...****, you can throw stars out, even bum athletes think this way (and think they are D1 until they arent). You only learn what Jager Gardner is preaching after having gone through it and you mature.

It's amazing to me how many times people go to the nepotism thing when talking about Richt while at the same time want us to move heaven and earth to hire Kendal Briles, who was only hired at Baylor because his dad was head coach.

We want him because he did his on the job training at somebody else’s school and parlayed that into instant success at two other schools recently

Jon Richt is in year 3 of his internship

Briles played at Texas and Houston, not some garbage Christian college and has been coaching for 10 years

Yea but he gave him a very small role (inside receivers coach) for 4 years before he gave him a legit position to coach (receivers). Lil Jon went from Wuality control guy to Coaching the most important position on a major college football program in 2 years (Source Wikipedia ). And there’s also the fact that none of our QB’s have shown any real improvements, the offense is an abomination and he has ZERO Qb’s committed for this class or the next

When you constantly bring up the father-son relationship you're making a point about how wrong you think it is. Briles got his start the exact same way Richt Jr did. So are you for or against a nepotism hires? The rest is playing the result.

Nepotism is fine if you are getting a good result. We arent....

Results matter. Nobody here would give a fig about lilJon if the entire QB/offense situation wasn’t a complete dumpster fire. There, you happy?

Fire lilJon and bring in a real, qualified QB coach and OC, or just close the figging doors on the place.

Keep calling these hypocrites out, they are not real UM fans, just a bunch of jealous woman minded guys salivating over anybody that they think looks better than their current boyfriends!

Have no problem with nepotism as long as we're getting results or if we're not getting results the father has the balls to fire his son. Second I'm not a fan of first time coaches at Miami unless its unique situation.

This might be the funniest most ridiculous post of 2018
