It is obvious that Al realizes we need a complimentary RB to the Duke. Are we looking to take just one RB, or do we take more, if available?

This is a new concept for us Canes after the last two regimes. I think we only take one, we just now have contingencies instead of putting all of our eggs in one basket like in the past.

There will be one big back, hopefully it's Collins, but no more than that. Ray Lewis III is debatable whether he will play RB for the Canes. 2014 should bring Sony and Cook to UM.
seems he may want 2 if he can get da rite 2...

If you can get the right 2 this year, you take that and then worry about who you may land next go round.

Nothing is written in stone for the next recruiting class, and you can't pin your hopes on what these kids want from day to day.

Also, injuries happen.....Duke and Collins are not enough, because either, or both go down, your looking at a huge problem.

14 is too loaded to take 2 this year. And we have Clements and Crawford who are both serviceable if injuries take place.

there is no guarantee that sony and cook will actually want to be in the same class, funny how people are almost taking that for granted.
if Collins and green offer their commitments, golden will take both no question. as for limited space, that will sort itself out. there are
plenty of bad seeds still around from shannons regime that need to be shown the door.

Exactly, guys assume that the LOI from those 2 dudes are signed.

If you can land the right 2 guys, you take them this year. It's not like Green or Williams are consider chumps.

If it is possible to land one of those dudes along with Collins, take it.

Eduardo and Dallas have proven nothing, and is anyone positive the 1st will even be back next year?

A serviceable back would have not won us the BC game, and it will not lead us to any victory if needed to carry the load.

Teams would sit back in coverage and force those 2 dudes to get past their own blocking without getting run over.

Agreed. Duke gets banged up a lot. And there are strong rumors that Eduardo won't come back next year. I think Al takes 2 if the right 2 show themselves. I doubt he turns a big-time stud like Williams down at that position. That dude can play.

Had not heard about Clements not coming back.Had heard Crawford was the one considering transfering to a pacten school but that was prior to him playing some the last few games this season.

Lots of smoke surrounding Eduardo. I heard the same stuff you did about Crawford, but I don't think he'll leave. I love Crawford in the wildcat because he can throw the football too.

Heard the same thing about OT. Hopefully Dillard can contribute otherwise depth will be an issue.
