Best one yet...that art scence is amazing. The message of vision translating to art is deep...Morris gets it.

But seriously, how long is Fisch at UM? It finally seems like we have some assistant coaches that will be coveted for other jobs( which hasn't been the case in a long while) and is the sign of a good staff

I'd say he's here for 2 more years, max.

Fisch made a commitment to Golden for 4 or 5 years. Golden wanted the entire staff to commit for at least that long in order to establish his footprint.

Then Im good with that, Jedd doesnt strike me as a guy who is going to make a lateral move, just for hte sake of making a move

You bet.

These coaches are relatively young, and I'm certain that they all committed to each other to build the program and shoot for a National Championship before departing. After all, you're in a recruiter's dream land, and once you get the program self-feeding and successful - especially after a National Championship - your stock as a coach or coordinator goes up immensely.

But just like the team members, they have to pay their dues. And that takes time and hard work.

MY.02....EXACTLY WHY I HATE THE COACHING CAROUSEL...I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND WHEN COACHING CHANGES HAVE TO BE MADE...BUT THINK OF THE BENEFITS OF A LONG TERM, SOLID AND CONSISTENT COACHING STAFF....THE PAYOFF IN SUCCESS FOR DUES PAID IN CONSISTENCY IS WHERE THIS PROGRAM LACKS BUT IS RAPIDLY REGAINING GROUND...

WE ALL TALK ABOUT THE HOTBED OF RECRUIT TALENT IN SOUTH FL....WELL, PUT YOURSELF IN A YOUNG RECRUITS' SHOES WHEN A CRITICAL DECISION HAS TO BE MADE WHERE YOU WANT TO DEVELOP YOUR SKILLS AND CAREER FOR A SHOT AT THE NEXT LEVEL....THE RESULTS WERE AS PREDICTABLE AS THE SUNRISE... HOMEGROWN TALENT FROM OUR OWN BACKYARD GOING ELSEWHERE....IMO, GOLDIE IS DOING A GOOD JOB TRYING TO DERAIL THAT TRAIN...

THE MAJORITY OF THE RECRUITS GOLDIE IS BRINGING IN HAVE WANTED TO PLAY FOR THE U SINCE BIRTH....BUILDING TEAM PRIDE FROM THE CORE WITH THESE TYPES OF PLAYERS AND PROMOTING IT WITH AN AGGRESSIVE "CONSISTENT" COACHING STAFF WILL PUT US BACK ON TOP OF THE WORLD BEFORE WE KNOW IT...THAT, AND CLEARING THIS LINGERING NCAA CLOUD ASAP.....BANK THAT!!

GO CANES!! :neonu:
