I agree but.. devils advocate .. Rad came in with L and there was no other option than Mario Cristobal. Joe E hired Mario himself.

Unwritten rules won’t allow you to fire L. He will be pushed to move on faster than he’d like, I’m sure, but it was easy for him to say he wanted another year and say he’s got Bethea coming in. Failed but there was nothing Rad was doing about it.

JD Arteaga is on Rad. That in itself is a fireable offense.
