Next year's HOF class includes these names

Edgerrin James
Isaac Bruce
Tory Holt
Orlando Pace
Kurt Warner
Charles Haley
Marvin Harrison
Tim Brown
Jerome Bettis
Junior Seau

How many of these names do you think make it in next year.

Yes he is, and I give Haley, Pace, Bettis and Brown the best shot.

Yeah he should get in for sure. I'd say Haley, Pace, James, and Brown and hopefully Warner. I got a soft spot for warner when he was with the rams, those offenses were awesome

Pace is a first ballot lock.

The others are all ?'s.

If it was me voting, I'd put Harrison in next. He should be first ballot IMHO.

I don't have much interest in Haley or Bettis but I guess this is as good a year as any to get them in. Maybe Tim Brown (who deserves it) finally gets in.

I don't think Any of the Rams (besides Pace) should be first ballot guys.

I'd love for Edgerrin to make it, but he blew his chance most likely when he left Indy for a total wasteland in Arizona.

Edge is definitely getting in ... not sure about first ballot, but he will be in eventually.

i love him but dont think so. he only has 4 pro bowls. However, reggie wayne, ray lewis, andre johnson, and ed reed def. Gore and Wilfork might also. we are going to catch USC if we can start putting more guys into league.

He should get in. I don't know if he will. 11th in all time rushing yards on teams that were throw first squads. No Super Bowl wins, only 4 Pro-Bowls, and the perception that he's a, "Thug U," member won't help him, but I think he gets in eventually.

To the OP, if you're listing the first time eligible potential inductees for next year's Hall of Fame class, you left off the best one in Junior Seau. For shame.

He gets in eventually. He was one of the last true bell cow backs, and as the run game gets more and more specialized, the more he will stand out.

Well if that's true about Seau, then him for sure as will Pace. Bettis and Brown are pretty **** probable. Edge is a maybe with Haley. Harrison isn't getting in next year. The murder thing and the age of receiver yards being inflated will keep Harrison out a couple years at least. The murder thing is gonna keep him out for a few for sure.

Next year's HOF class includes these names

Edgerrin James 50/50 for this year, but will make it (Better back than Bettis, IMO, and four years of 1500+ stand out)
Isaac Bruce 75%; will get in on strength of numbers
Tory Holt UNLIKELY, IMO
Orlando Pace LOCK
Kurt Warner DOUBT IT; longevity undermines him. Played at HOF level.
Charles Haley 40% MEH
Marvin Harrison WILL NOT GET IN DUE TO OFF FIELD ISSUES IMO
Tim Brown DESERVES IT; 75% chance
Jerome Bettis 40% (eventually gets in. Battering ram.)

How many of these names do you think make it in next year.

this... 11th all time and dominated his position for a 5 year period

That's a strong group which hurts him, BUT look at it this way....

He is 11th all time in rushing yards ahead of:

Marcus Allen
Franco Harris
Thurman Thomas
O.J. Simpson

He is 23rd all-time in total yards ahead of:
Jim Brown
Eric ****erson
Jerome Bettis
Franco Harris
