I see that these players got bailed out, i do not know the williams family or the Pettway family but $65,000 and $60,000 is alot. So the question is if the familys cant bail them out is it legal for Alabama to bail them out?

If I'm not mistaken you still need collateral for the remaining 90% of the bond.
The article said these guys admitted their guilt.
How can they possibly still be on the team?

If Saban still wants them, I'm sure they'll be running stairs. If they weren't the players he thought they were...he'll just have to be a strict disciplinarian and tell them to say hello to Northern Alabama.
