Looking to see who's conference crew was officiating. Not a complaint, but I was under the impression that the visiting team's crew officiates, but broadcasters said it was ACC crew. Just had a gator fan crying about ACC refs ******** them.

i can't recall any plays off the top of my head that the gators may have been screwed on. I know Miami was screwed on the clements run, flowers did not hold the guy. not sure about the answer to your question though

I agree I thought the refs did a good job and did not see any bad calls other than the hold on the clements run. I think the gator fans want to point to all the penalties that got called against them and the fumble and the guy being out of bounds on the int return. Either way, just a case of losing team looking to blame the refs. **** good game. Ugly, but the defense impressed me.

It normally is the visiting team crew but if IRC when we went to Gainesville in 08 we had an SEC crew.

They also missed a blatant facemask on Morris on a 3rd down incompletion that would have kept that drive alive.

This is the same horseshyt crew that I think "officiated" the KSU and ND games last year. They're awful. That call on Flowers was criminal. We would have scored on that drive, but they killed that drive on that phantom call.

I will bet you if that was Virginia or NC out there those refs would have seen that face mask

They missed the guy pulling Morris's facemask on third down late in the first half. It was clear as day. And even if he was on the other side and couldn't see the facemask, the guy clearly hit him in the helmet which is a penalty. That, and the BS holding call on Flowers were the only complaints I had. Overall a well officiated game.

That Morris facemask and that terrible holding call on flowers that would've really put us in the drivers seat to ice that game inside the 30. Gates gon' gate

I don't think Duke's block was to the mid section, not to the legs/knees. I'd like to know how other officials would call that.

Agree the officials did a "decent" job.

Were the replay officials ACC too? Chuck Amato's bro last week took forever to review plays that were obvious (Warlord's TD catch). These guys today were lightning fast compared to any replay crew we've had in the past couple years. It was great.

The line judge on the north side consistently spotted the ball several feet if not a full yard short of where the play ended. I'm not sure I've ever seen anything like it. He wasn't favoring any particular team, he was favoring the defense.
