What are the top 5 worst losses for the program since 83? I feel like I might have been at 4 of the 5. I can think of

51-13 Oklahoma
52-13 ksu
47-0 fsu
48-0 UVA
66-13 Syracuse

throw in fsu 45-17 from 2 years ago or whatever that atrocity was.

48-0 to uva was WOAT

Definitely last game at OB. Think of how many NFL alum were on the sideline that night and how visible that game was on TV.

Anybody that doesn't put the Virginia game at the top, just doesn't get it.

Yeah, the Peach Bowl should be in the 2nd group

The 2007 UVA, last one in the OB, game is the true alltime WOAT.

I'd throw in the 2005 GT loss in the second tier as well. The program has not been the same since.

That was a watershed moment in UM history.

It's the game that truly ended the Butch era. We were in the driver's seat for the ACC title game and a BCS bowl berth, and ended up in a December bowl game (where we quit).

I stayed until the end of that '07 UVA game. That was truly heart-wrenching. Watching the Old Lady get demolished weeks before they actually tore her down.

The LSU Peach Bowl, along with moving to Son Life, was a program killer. We have been awful ever since.

Given the significance of the game, the UVA OB closing loss may be among the worst home losses in the history of sport. It's one thing to not show up to a road game against K State or OU in September. It's another level entirely to not show up to the last game to ever be played in the OB with the national spotlight on and Canes legends on the sidelines.
