The First recruiting video I ever saw. I played ball in Ottawa, Canada and I remember seeing his highlight tape and showing my teammates. We all couldn't believe how good the kid was. I started following him and rememeber reading he was going to be Cane.
Never followed recruiting at that point, I was just beginning to become an NCAA football fan. I wasn't sure how he ended up at WVU. Im assuming grades? Did Miami finish second?

No lie i have the exact same story as you. I was just a casual cane fan growing up who hadn't been to game since early childhood and never followed recruiting than i stumbled into that Noel Devine video because he was getting a lot press for being linked to Deion. From there on i started following recruiting, joining the boards and attending games.
