practice reports???

What happened to the practice reports? Is the media no longer allowed to go to practices? Just realized that there has not been one for a couple of days... Wasn't there a scrimmage yesterday? Has anyone heard anything on that? Team info has just gone dark, owndering if anyone knows why...

pretty sure scrimmage is today.
 
Scrimmage is tonight I believe they said. There was no practice yesterday and no one made one for Saturday. I was gone all day Saturday or I would have made one but honestly there wasnt much out there to talk about. Most of the starters or seniors not competing for jobs (ie Perryman) had the day off and were acting coaches for the day. I posted the lasted canes camp video yesterday which showed a few plays from Saturdays practice.

Yep...that is my understanding as well. I wouldn't think that the media will be allowed in for this one either though.

I thought they had NO lights? Where is the scrimmage at? Is it open to the public?
 
so the scrimmage is at night today ? i was hoping on stopping by and watching atleast 30 minutes today

Not sure on the lights, but it may not be when its completely dark...they havent said what time. It will be just like last time, no media or anything. Here is a tweet from earlier this morning that confirmed it too:

Yeah, I thought with the new field came lights...actually I thought they added lights during the season last year but maybe I am mistaken?

The installation of an alternative artificial practice surface will provide a much needed resource for our football program. With this surface, we will install new field lighting that will allow our football program to practice at night, and provide increased flexibility in practice scheduling. Additionally, this field will ease wear on our natural grass fields and will simulate game surfaces in 30% of ACC Stadiums.

According to Canes Camp #14 today (night or day) is actually going to be the 2nd scrimmage...

That's so people can't "spy" on the scrimmage.
