Today was open to the Golden Canes, unfortunately for them it was a light practice. Players went in pads, due to tomorrow's scrimmage.

A lot less info than usual, but here it is..

-There was a lot of special teams work early on. They were working on fakes and pooches. Botts was holding and Crow is the back-up holder.

-Black Shirts: Gunter, Howard, Telemaque, Pierre, Perryman, Buchanon, McGee, Green, Chickillo, Rodgers. I might be missing one or two.

-Didnt see Ryan Williams out there, I might have missed him though. Dewey was taking second team snaps.

-Dorsett looked great on punt returns. Telemaque had the angle on him once and he just ran around him. His speed is a game-changer. Dorsett was also playing the Devin Hester role on field goal returns.

-In 7-on-7 work, Morris threw a swing pass out to Duke and he took it up the sidelines for a big gain.

Quick Notes
-Jimmy Gaines was back out there
-Seantrel was on the bike
-Flowers still with the 1s
-Cleveland still with the 1s

I like chick, but think his ceiling is limited.

Appreciate the report Pete.

Y'all enjoy the rest of your Saturday.. Its boating time!

I love that 5 DBs have black shirts rt now. Tht was the position scaring me the most this season. If they step up we could have a pretty good year.

Stop it. Chick only ceiling is himself. He has the frame, the motor, the attitude, the talent is there. All he has to do is want to put it all together with alot of hard work barring injuries. If he puts everything into his career at UM, he can leave in the conversation with the greats.

Just my opinions Stat, country61, grover (clowney had a way better year statistically)

Anybody else find it interesting that 3 "corners" had black shirts (McGee, Howard, and Gunter).

Is it possible Gunter is getting a look at safety as many of us have been hoping for or was this a typo?
