All I asked for in the spring portal was 2 DBs. I hope these ACC QBs are as bad as advertised.

We tried & (apparently are still trying) to sign 2 as of now.

One silver lining of hope is that there have been several players who have flipped their Portal commitments last minute. So there's a possibility someone who may have committed elsewhere but hasn't signed any paperwork or enrolled yet could still be available.

There's also still some left in the Portal right now that haven't decided where they're going, it's just a matter of whether or not the staff decides they want to bring them in.

My only thinking is that we weren’t able to clear out enough deadweight to open up more scholarships to go after more DB’s and safeties. Although in my mind safety should have been one of the top priorities
 
I don’t why we aren’t after him. He plays nickel and boundary corner. He has been in the portal since April. He went to Chaminade-Madonna and he comes from a great pedigree of football players. His dad Torrie Cox played for Pittsburgh and played in the NFL. Also his little brother plays for Miami Northwestern. Reminds me of when we got Jaden Davis after spring. Low risk player with a lot playing experience. Hopefully we get in contact with him because we can use him.

because the transfer portal is nuts do we know who the DBs are? Do we still have Balom and M Williams? Patterson is a dog. Brown and Porter at corner. Stafford has ability. Powell can play. Hill is here. Taylor’s kid is here. Riley left. Hopefully we add another corner

he is too small.

Coached against him in high school..he is a G5 talent...his little brother may have more upside.

HE WOULDA BEEN THE PERFECT TYPE TO GRAB BECUASE HE HAS MULTIPLE YEARS AND ALREADY HAS STARTING EXPERIENCE. I WOULD HOPE WE KICK THE TIRES THERE IF THEY WERE KICKINGE LSEWHERE.

KID DOES HAVE ACTING CREDITS MAYBE HE CAN COME TO US AND GET SOME EAST COAST GIGS IN NYC.

I saw that on his ig page but the kid looks talented and pretty physical on tape but that’s the first thing that caught my eye when I saw his page was it a situation where he wasn’t all in on ball anymore which I know happenes with people over time
 
I think the ship has sailed on adding anymore Corners, unless they can convince Anthony Johnson Jr to re-enter the Portal.

Maybe there's a slight chance they took a look at some Summer Graduates before Fall Camp, but I don't think they're adding anybody else.

Josh Pate alluded to this some time ago. Certain programs, that weve been use to seeing throw bags around, can't keep up now that everyone else, now that the bags are legal. It's weird for me to see schools like LSU and Bama complain about NIL getting out of hand

I'm patiently waiting for aTm to complain eventually lol

All is a smoke screen, they want the NCAA to allow universities to pay the players and then they can go back to the under the table stuff they really excel!
