Before the high school season began, I released a list of the top players in South Florida (Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County) regardless of class. After seeing another full season of these prospects, the new list is here. I will be releasing a new group of 10 each day until we reach 1-10. These rankings are based off of multiple things:
1) On-field production at the high school level.
2) Projected success at the next level. (Size/speed is a big part of this)
3) Importance to their team.
These are my evaluations from watching these prospects in games, camps, practices, highlights, etc.

31. 2013 ATH - Jesus “Bobo” Wilson (5'10", 180) - Columbus - Previously #31
The FSU commit had a very productive season, totaling 61 receptions for 903 yards and 6 touchdowns. While he isn't the tallest he plays much bigger than his height and is strong enough to make touch catches across the middle. He can run a legitimate 4.4 and does a good job of getting yards after the catch. Wilson could also make the transition to corner in college.
Wilson's highlights vs. STA from this year:

32. 2014 DL - Anthony Moten (6'4", 270) - St. Thomas Aquinas - Previously #32
Moten has the size you look for in great defensive line prospects. I'm not sure if he can play defensive end in a 4-3 at the next level because he lacks ideal explosiveness as a pass rusher, but he is very effective inside against the run and could set the edge in a 3-4 scheme. I spoke to a couple players who went against him this season who were very impressed by his physicality. Moten is extremely high on Miami early on and I expect him to make a big jump in the next installment of the rankings because he is still growing.

33. 2014 CB - Nigel Patten (5'9, 175) - Booker T. Washington - Previously NR
Patten really took a major leap in his game this season. He has world-class speed and great cover skills to go along with ball skills that he showed off in the state championship game. He is also a willing tackler from the corner spot which is rare.

34. 2014 WR - Corey Holmes (6'2",180) - St. Thomas Aquinas - Previously #33
Holmes is a big, fluid receiver with good hands and body control. He probably runs in the mid 4.5 range so that is holding him back a little bit, but he holds some big offers already including Michigan, Notre Dame, and Florida.
35. 2013 WR - Jordan Cunningham (6'2",175) - University School - Previously #24
Cunningham has been one of the most productive players in South Florida since his sophomore year. He is very technically sound and has exceptional body control and route-running ability. Cunningham lacks breakaway speed, but should be very productive in college.
36. 2013 RB - Darius Tice (5'11", 200) - Miami Northwestern - Previously NR
This is a prospect who wasn't on anybody's radar before the season began, but led Dade County in rushing for most of the year. He is built like a horse and runs like one too. Has good speed for a back of his size and isn't afraid to run the defender over either. My only concern with him is his upright running style, but that can be managed over time.

37. 2014 S - Marquese Dudley-Gordon (6'1",190) - Cypress Bay - Previously #35
MDG is one of my favorite players in the area. He is a good athlete and plays a physical brand of football. He will be a very effective player used inside the box at the next level. Flying under-the-radar as far as offers right now, but that should change in the offseason.
38. 2015 ATH - Tim Irvin (5'9",180) - Westminster Christian - Previously NR
I had mistakenly omitted Irvin on my list over the summer. Irvin is an incredible athlete who excels on both sides of the ball. He is very productive at the high school level, but it's tough to judge him off of production alone because the competition he plays is very weak. I went to his game against University School and he was held in check, but I don't hold that against him because his entire team was severely overmatched. On the field, he is ridiculously quick with the ball in his hands and also packs a punch on defense despite his size. Has a great nose for the ball.

39. 2013 DL - Maquedius Bain (6'3",315) - University School - Previously #22
Before the season, it looked like Bain would be in Miami's class, but the 'Canes stopped recruiting him. He did not play defensive this season, which raises some concern. He is an athletic specimen and has great feet for a prospect of his size. My main issue with him is that he doesn't seem to play with a "defensive" mentality. Very raw talent that needs to be coached up and he needs to buy in.
40. 2014 RB - Jamal Adjamah (5'9", 180) - Southridge - Previously NR
Because of all the talent at running back in South Florida, Adjamah is a name that does not really get talked about very much. I have had the chance to see him 5 times in the last two years and he is definitely a mid-BCS level prospect. He runs tough between the tackles and has good enough speed to run aay from defensive backs. The number one thing about him that sticks out is his ability to break tackles.
