Anyone catch the post game coverage on SportCenter? The trio focused on how VT lost and gave Miami absolutely no credit. VT hurt themselves no doubt. However they decided to give no credit to Miami. No mention of the great block by Terry, no mention of the great game by Duke, no mention of the two TD's throws by Morris. Just when I thought Miami would get some nice exposure all they talked about was the state of VT and if this year is an anomaly. Down right disrespectful if you ask me, especially since it was a home game.

Palmer at the beginning said Thomas was a consensus top 5 NFL pick going into the season. I was shocked when I heard this. Is that a widespread belief or Palmer talking out of his as*. Thomas is big but he is the one of the most inconsistent passers I have seen this year. He reminds me of a TE playing QB at times. Oh right, he was a TE his first year there.

You guys know that the media (ESPN, CBS etc.) never liked us. Even though we get ratings, they don't give a ****.

If you can't stand the hate you're rooting or the wrong team. The bias last night was so bad it was almost comical.

Been a Cane fan so many years I just say ****'em all.

Winning cures EVERYTHING.

Made sense to me. Aside from how horrifically bad Logan Thomaswas when attempting a forward pass..... Did you see the 'crowd' at that game? Why should a network give us props when our own fans don't even support the team? That stadium was embarrassing last night.

Every Thursday night game we play in, this is to be expected. Mark May is the leader, and on the rare occasion we get the Elmer Fudd troll from ND with him, it's just ugly. I've pre-conditioned myself to expect it on Thursday nights.

this. we're lucky that thomas is somehow worse at passing than morris.
 
They put up VT's Miscues during the game and they had Duke's 80 yard kick return.

How is that a miscue? Duke Johnson does that against a lot of teams. It would be a miscue if they pooch kicked it to Hagens and he returned it to the 5 because 3 VT players slipped.

VT punter blocked his own punt.

VT QB intercepted his own pass and recovered his own fumble for Miami.

Allen Hurns didn't catch the first TD pass . . . . VT DB allowed him to catch it while VT D Line allowed Morris to make perfect throw.
 
All I ask is that they stop with that 'Beamerball' nonsense. Their special teams do not stand out at all.
