He has a written offer from them and has already visited.

He likes the way he would be used in Meyer's system.

Good fit. He'll be a good college receiver, and it lets him focus on track at Ohio State.

He had a spot, he decided he didnt want it, and the staff chose to move on instead of kissing his @ss. Love it, good luck kid, we'll find somebody else.

How often does a kid decommit from a school and recommit. Odds are he wasn't coming here anyway. Not to mention when was the last time our first commit of the year actually signed with us? Again the odds of him recommitting to Miami were slim no matter how you slice it.

But he does fit in well with that system. I bet he has a better college career than his cousin at FSU, Marvin Bracey.

A lot of the time a staff has actually started to back off before the decommit and the kid sees the writing on the wall. You never, ever get the staff's side of it, just the kid's public statements. There are a lot of ways to push a kid out, and most of these kids want to save face. "Yeah, we like you as WR but we're going to bring you in as a CB and redshirt you" etc. Plus reduced contact.

Ohio State sounds about right. I figured he would opt for the spread attack.
