Last year I might have been one of the few to say I considered it a successful season.

I said at the start of 2023 it was obviously not a championship caliber team, winning the ACC wasn’t realistic, I didn’t really care what the final record was as long as we got a top 6 class. That is what Cristobal got paid to do.
He did it. I wasn’t going to move the goalposts. I think last season was a success

This year my expectation was make the playoffs. ACC championship would be nice but playoffs are more important to me.
If UM somehow makes the playoffs I take back everything I said and I’ll call this season a massive success.
