Exactly, Donofrio pulled off a **** near minor miracle getting that defense comprised of Shammin holdovers and true FR to cobble together a decent defense.
And yes, the very fact that we didnt get blown out even once is definitely something positive to take.

I disagree. Our defense was actually pretty porous, the only reason we didn't allow a lot of points is because our offense was predicated on ball control and taking up as much time as we could. Our best "defense" was not allowing our defense on the field because they were terrible. I was more excited about how we saw improvement from beginning to end.
