I thought I better get this one in, incase something happens.

While there are some questions out there about Golden and this staffs ability to do certain things, roster management is not one of them.

We have seen over the past few year this staff has searched under every rock to find someone to help this team win. That is something that hasn't been here since we signed McDougle and A. Williams to help the DLine in 2001.

The following players have been added to this team either from JR College or as players with one year left. Each of them has had some type of impact. Whether you think they could have been used more or differently the staff did get them here to help and they did.
* Gilbert
*Ryan Williams
*O'Donnell
*Gunter
*De'Andre Johnson (has been a big help on the scout team)
*Corey King (may not be the greatest but was a body for the 2012 season)
*Justin Renfrow
*Beau Sandland
*Ufomba Kamalu

These are just this years team. There may have been some that have left already that I am leaving out.

Plus, lets add to that fact that this years recruiting class is as well rounded a class as we have had in years. You can see that the coaches are trying to get back to having even classes so we are not scouring for JR College players to fill holes.

Golden may have problems but I never worry about him running a Punter out at WR for practice.

The other great thing about this staff is that the recruiting does not stop on NSD. I like the fact that they keep hustling to bring in players way after NSD. Elder, Tucker and of course the two year project Griffin.

It's all in the binder. Page 261 to be exact. There's a list of all positions and the ideal number of players to insure depth.

Randy used to keep those numbers in his head.
