EJ came back in the game, he put a brace on his knee, rubbed some dirt on it and went back in.. Hopefully doesnt act up on him when he wakes up tomorrow

Yeah. Tough guys can be completely gutted, put stuff back with safety pins, and return in three days.

Most people that have their appendix taken out don't have to worry about 300lb lineman trying to hit them and pancake them. Hence the longevity of his recovery
