If your team is in the playoffs can you enter the portal but do it secretly? If not do they have to wait for spring? I know it’s a database but was curious about that.

You can’t “secretly” enter the portal…it’ll be reported as soon as you enter lol

Players have 5 days after eliminated from playoffs i believe . So any teams still playing those players can still enter before spring

That would be a great way to get benched for the bowl game.

Players have 5 days after their last bowl game to enter the portal IF the portal is closed. Kids can also enter the portal prior to the game(s). Boise State is complaining that teams are talking with their best 10-15 kids even while they are trying to play in the cfp.

I really hope this all gets fixed before next year.

So far have seen one guy trying to get out what they signed

Guess similar to Dallas Wilson going from Oregon to Florida

financial aid agreement which is almost worthless compared to NIL. The Wilson kid could have transferred after spring IF the NIL agreement didn’t make it cost prohibitive.

This will all continue to change.

that’s what I was saying , I’ve never heard of them having to sign anything. Just enroll. I’m sure there’s exceptions.

Not just playoff games, but any bowl game (ex: Miami players can still enter until tomorrow)
