After yet another transfer portal windfall in Coral Gables, D$ and I profile UM's latest additions and project how Darrell Jackson, Akheem Mesidor, and Caleb Johnson will impact Miami's 2022 plans.
For my early morning commute! After yet another transfer portal windfall in Coral Gables, D$ and I profile UM's latest additions and project how Darrell Jackson, Akheem Mesidor, and Caleb Johnson will impact Miami's 2022 plans.
We can have a whole new thread on this nugget alone…Rumph had a big part in Jackson as well. Yeah I said it.
Seems like he’s in a way better place with Mario at helm. Maybe he just didn’t have the right team around him???Rumph had a big part in Jackson as well. Yeah I said it.
Rumph looks to have a whole different persona now. He actually looks happy….Rumph had a big part in Jackson as well. Yeah I said it.
The question would be how they could be taken back if they were. He appears to have been an overrated JAG so far in his college career waiting, waiting, waiting for the potential to meet the field. More to come on this dude! We shall see.Ladson was disappointing for us fans so I am sure the coaching staff was a little taken aback at his JAG performance during Spring. I know some of the "I told you so" posters will come and gloat but I figured buddy would at least prevent Mario from having to waste a spot on another portal WR but he couldnt even do that! Smh.
Messidor, Jackson, Agande and LT as your "core" front 4 basically completely changes the game for us. And thats not even getting greedy and hoping Coleman jumps back onboard. My goodness. The front 4 and the back 4 are completely solidified. Now just need to work on the LB unit and Steele finally has something to work with!
Good. Glad for him. Glad for us.Rumps looks to have a whole different persona now. He actually looks happy….
I wonder why..Rumps looks to have a whole different persona now. He actually looks happy….
I dont think they were expecting him to live up to that 5* ranking. But at least be serviceable enough to not need yet another portal WR. This guy is basically making us go back to the drawing board. (not just him. A few kids in that room havent stepped up so dont want to make it seem like its all Ladson's fault). That said, who knows. Doesnt look like much is in the portal anyway at WR....yet. 72hrs will tell us all we need to know. The question would be how they could be taken back if they were. I’m not giving up on Ladson just yet, although we all saw how unimpressive he was leading up to/during the Spring Game. Bringing in another established, yet much more proven and effective WR will undoubtedly signal to him that Ladson’s arrival did not mean he was walking into a starting job. Hopefully he works his tail off this summer and starts developing a connection with TVD.I dont think they were expecting him to live up to that 5* ranking. A signal to all the receivers really! Love it!I’m not giving up on Ladson just yet, although we all saw how unimpressive he was leading up to/during the Spring Game. He has traits, it’s just about putting it together…and time is certainly running out.
