**** it's been a long time coming but the reality is we are going to be in the drivers seat for the Coastal Division from here on out........

It's time for the ACC to bring the Championship game back to Tampa........

With Pitt, Syracuse, and Louisville joining the conference, it's doubtful Tampa will be viewed as a central location.

If they don't keep it in Charlotte, I'd guess the other option would be to give the higher seed another home game. But based on corporate sponsorships ... Neutral site would make the most money. And Charlotte has a bigger/better corporate presence than Tampa.

So ... Get use to making travel plans for Charlotte to end the football season.

I think they should give it to the team with the best conference record. Which means, Miami, Tallahasee, Blacksburg, Clemson, ATL, These wouldnt be bad neutral sites. But guaranteed sell outs and these are all nice places to play football

I agree with what you are saying..... John Swofford said in an interview the other day that he was more than pleased with the last 2 ACC Championship games in Charlotte being sellouts and the cities support. But.... No matter what type of corporate support you get in some of these bigger cities they will never be able to compete with the weather in Tampa in the beginning of December........ Tampa Bay has 3.4 million people and Orlando is right down the road so I'm sure that it's still high on the list.....
