Note to the readers: Miami is looking at everyone on this list. The Plan B's are some of the top players in the nation, I'm just referencing it as who Miami is looking at the most.

When you say for example that miami will take two of a position, that there is a plan A and B, and then a committed player that is in neither of those categories, does it mean the idea is to push out the committed player, or that we will be taking two additional players on top of who is committed?

No, the committed players are top targets.
 
Good thread.

I think 5 DBs is about right. Still a bit short on CBs - take 3 in the '19 class.

Lots of quality DL and OL in state for this class.

Sorrells is visiting in March, I think. Would be a nice time to get an early commit from him. I'd rather have us oversign a bit on the DL in this class.
 
Can't see 3-4 WR this year...Maybe if some attrition or a Njoku (TE) or Ezzard (S) Switches positions...But those both look like long shots at this time.

I just don't see us taking more than 2 WRs unless some weird **** happens

3 DE, 4 DT, 3 LB, 3 CB, 2 S: 15 on defense

1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 2 TE, 1G, 2 OT 10 on offense

Noticed UGA has an early commit Nolan Smith, smh.

I thought I'd take a look at some of the Georgia past/present recruits.

2017-
8 of the top 14 Georgia recruits signed with UGA. 1-5*
2018-
6 of the top 7 Georgia recruits signed with UGA. 4-5*
2019-
2 of the top 4 Georgia recruits (Incl. Smith) are committed to UGA.

Here's Florida-
2017-
1 of the top 6 Florida recruits signed in state. 4-5* gone.
2018-
0 of the top 4 Florida recruits signed in state. 4-5* gone.
2019-
0 early commits in top 4 to Florida schools. #5 commited to FSU.

We need to bump up our game AND we need a cultural change ASAP!
