Play Calling Question

Watching the Clemson game, and this is something I don't get.

A 2 Pt. Conversion is essentially the same situation as a 4th and Goal from the 3, correct?

So why are trick plays run pretty often for the 2 pt conversion but never on 4th & Goal?

I've never understood calling a trick play when going for 2

The other is how do they get that chocolate in those little silver things with the string sticking out in Hershey's kisses?
