This will be interesting seeing as we play them both later on. Pitt might actually have a chance to win they are 3-1 and making a good entry into the ACC so far.

This is the same officiating crew that worked our game vs GT last week and, already, that same
linesmen phugged up a call in favor of VT.

Just turned it on...****, 10 - 0 VT. I think we all know this by now...VT is not gonna be what we originally thought.

It's starting to look like we are not going to get last years Logan Thomas. Which means we are going to have a dog fight on our hands especially with it being the week after FSU. I am concerned. Just a little.

I don't see how teams can't beat these fools...

Because that Dline is for real.

Their D is good because everyone looks at stats, but it isn't great. If it's all about stats, then Louisville has better D than Va Tech. Look back at all the "Defensive wins" tech has, they have yet to play an offense in the same league as ours. Bama's is anemic at best, Marshall and ECU are Marshall and ECU. Ga Tech was a good win, but UNC is horrible, and Pitt has to be the most unathletic team in the ACC. Good but not great. Not to mention they are VERY undersized in the front 7.

Pitt OL will be abused by Miami DL.
Pitt secondary will be abused by Miami WR's. I was nervous about the Pitt game. After FSU and VT I'm no longer worried that OL they have is terrible. What happened to the #1 OT in the 2013 class he's not doing much for the Pitt OL

Pitt's OL is trash. As long as we put pressure on Savage all game long we should win easily. VT will play us tough. That's just the way it is.

Pitt sucks and will get destroyed by Miami and VT isnt talented enough offensively to beat Miami.

VT is our toughest competition in the Coastal but I still think Miami wins by 2 TDs minimum.

If VT had a decent offense they would really be a darn good team. I stated this already but...If their offense can score 21 points, they will roll through the ACC with that defense. We're their only real game left.

I will add that if that D has a let down game, that offense will struggle to pick up the D.

Look at today at home against Pitt.

- Held the O to 9 total points
- 210 Total Yards
- 8 Sacks, probably could have had 13-14

Yet they only won by 10 points.

Logan and that offense was pretty crappy 315 total yards, 76 rushing yards and 19 of 34 passing.

That 8 sacks against Pitt says more about Pitt's terrible O-line then it does about VT's d-line imo.... but their d-line is one of the best in the country just not that good.

Pitt has a bad OL but VT's DL is legit. I think it just makes sense, one is bad and one is good.
