Well he's playing against better defenses... He was just running by people and it helped that NCSt forgot how to play defense that day... The kid is talented but he's still young... We have better athletes than everyone we played except FSU... Their dbs were stride for stride with us... Teams have adjusted to our style of play... Were going to have to adjust as well... He'll be alright...

He's not the same player since the concussion(s). He's still having an ok season, 21-249 in 6+ games.

Hurns is painfully slow, but I have to give him credit. When he catches a ball, he almost never goes down on first contact. The last few times I've seen him record a catch, he picks up some unexpected yardage after breaking a few tackles. Tough mother ******.

Yup. Dead, needs to regain his confidence. He is a true sophomore (so still young in mind) and we need him the rest of the way.

Drops (i.e. metal ****ups) will prevent us from winning against VT.

"We have better athletes than everyone we played except FSU." What do you base this on? This is not 1999-2003 or the 80s. If we have such an athletic team then we would have destroyed the unathletic BC. As it happens, we barely squeaked by them, bc they gave us turnovers. And to say that we have better athletes than K St and ND who slaughtered us -- not to mention UNC and NC St -- is laughable.
