And yes 2019 is loaded with linebackers. From an educated guess where things stand right now. I would expect Miami to take 4 in the next class.
Pierre is a steal IMO. I like Howard as well.
From what I have heard. Samuel Brooks and Gemon Eaford are their top guys although it is still early. JBrown and Solomon are very impressive too and Miami has kept in contact and having them face to face often. Solomon mom attended Miami but I have heard a lot of Michigan chatter in the past, he is Coach Harriots nephew. While I do think there is some work to be done between Miami and Deerfield in general and comments made in past by Eaford, he is really feeling Miami lately. I know JBrown is very pro Miami.
The one guy at LB in 2019 I am surprised has not received an offer is Mikel Jones at IMG Academy (Formerly Mater Academy & Champagnat Catholic, and a Miami legacy being Frank Gores cousin) Clemson and Georgia have been going after him hard but he likes Miami a lot from what I’ve been told. I heard before that Miami was concerned if he was a tweener but I don’t think that’s case, I think he can be a MLB for Miami on the next level which he was playing at Mater a lot more often, he played a lot more DE at Champagnat. He dominated at the first paradise camp as a pass rusher against the likes of Alex Leatherwood who signed with Alabama.
