Last year we had many people unhappy with our defense refusing to see that youth and lack of strength was the problem. NO matter the talent a fifth year senior or senior will be mentally and physically stronger than a freshman. We are vastly improved but are still young and lack some depth but we do have some serious ballers all over the field on D that are progressing nicely (17, AQM, Figs, Bush, 3).
On offense we have more depth but have a QB that has been hurt and a first year OC.
We are 7-1 (no matter the way we won) and that is ahead of schedule as far as I am concerned.
