I was under the impression that he returned kicks/punts in H.S.

I guess Coley and Burns will suffice. :drevil:

Carter is actually shiftier than Burns IMO. Now, granted Burns seems to have the edge with his top end speed.

He did return kicks in high school. Doesnt mean he can do it in college.

Duke should still return kickoffs...no one is even close to him. Burns could be decent, but he still isnt Duke. If Burns was so electric they would have had him returning the kicks in the Under Armor game.
