University School five-star DB Josh Sanguinetti setting up UM visit - Sun Sentinel

also states what we already figured, wants to go to college with Kenny McIntosh (4* RB teammate at Uschool)

says he loves the family atmosphere at miami, right up the road so he's attended several games and practices

stated he's visited stanford and LSU/Bama camps before, seems like their both ours to lose.

elite talent can't wait to get them here

Sanguinetti is a lock. Went to EVERY home game last year.

helps that ron dugans stayed

he's the lead recruiter for him. but yeah definitely looks like he's coming.

kid deserves all the hype #2 athlete in the country. Could be our lingard type ambassador if we can get him on board early

Long way to go for sure, but sounds like this kid is a lock, for now. Think he has a big future at the next level. Given his preference for wanting to play with McIntosh, it seems curious the staff would have taken Crowley's commitment while also actively pursuing Cain/Sanders, per reports. Interested to see how the RB board shakes out for next cycle.

Sanguinetti is the RECRUIT I want to see as the Ambassador for Miami's Surge19' class!! This kid is a highly touted recruit from SoFla and we need him putting on for the home team..

Hopefully a commitment is coming soon!!

nope, because Ty would come in and play immediately next year, which is what we need!

I've already accepted that Ty Campbell is not coming (IMO) because their are too many pluses for us and he still hasn't committed. Kids/people in general wait till end to tell people they close to their intention to let them down, so as to show they gave it all their thought. They typically explain their decision by stating, "in the end -school here- was where I felt I wanted to be". I want Tyson as bad as we all do, but knowing kids like Sanguinetti seem more committed to community and The U is always a good thing.

Ohio State might be more of a threat than he's leading on. He's not a lock for UM either way.

Tyson Campbell will be a Cane come February!! AND IF HE DOESN'T, then he didn't want to be a Cane, and he made his decision..

Campbell Cane!!

Anyone who can give more insight on what type of skill set sanguinetti brings?
