Patrick Surtain jr.

If he does go to LSU who cares but why can’t we be optomistic about a 5* CB visiting a practice on his own

Just a side note with Surtain & PS2, usually former NFL players can see a couch a mile away and keep their kids away, no way I would attach my future to Orgeron

His recruitment has less to do with the head coach and more to do with Raymond

I can't speak for Coach Rumph but if I was him, I'd feel extremely slighted that a kid I coached isn't even giving him a chance. If u love a certain school what can ya do but everything I've read seems like Rumph and UM are afterthoughts to the Surtains.

Recruit him yes.....but personally I'm sayin **** him under my breath

FACTS! If your wife talks on the phone with the dude up the street, and chills on his porch while you at work, something's up. They may not be f*cking, but somethings up.
 
Here's facts PS2 isn't signed to LSU and why? Here's some game PS is a legend in Miami and coaches for arguably the best HS in the country so PS2 trolling UM hurts his legacy and his school/students. Also if he was signed and visited a practice of ours that may get UM in trouble and him allegedly playing us puts UN/AH on bad terms in the future but mostly in the present with Nesta, Chat and Tyson so unless the Surtain hate Miami or AH there's no way they'd be playing this much
 
Anyone else getting a Tracy Howard recruitment vibe here? He was a Gator lock from the jump. Fans never considered him as realistic. Never said anything about us. Then he took a visit the week before signing day... he was a Cane. Weirder **** has happened is all I'm saying.

Yeah, I know guys on this board are desperate to clutch on to any hope regarding this kid and sure, we’re in the conversation but the kid has liked LSU and Raymond for a long time now. Continue to recruit him, fine, but I think we all know how this will end.

Yes it talks about LSU yes he went to LSU and Alabama football game in 2016 but it don't talk about nothing about him going to LSU this year in 2017 to watch any games but he been to Miami games this year

But at the sametime, if he goes to LSU that doesn't necessarily he's trolling, he could be thinking about it hard and long. The visit may mean he's seeing how he bonds with the players, seeing if the vibe is there etc......I personally think we have a real chance here.

Even if O gets fired in the next two years guarantee Raymond would be held over by the next staff. He's a known commodity as one of the best in country at his job.

Raymond was retained last time as coach O was an internal hire. LSU will fire everyone this time. It's comin

So when was this interview from? Dad didn’t mention us there but mentioned other schools. Have they said anything positive about Miami anywhere since the top 6 announcement?? Just asking.

It’s just that an interview like this, coming one day after the kid attends our practice, is like a slap in the face. Assuming the quotes are from today or yesterday, and that’s an assumption, but if it’s true, it’s just disrespectful as fūck.

And all the fūcking praise for Corey as a DB coach. Have any of the Surtains ever been quoted heaping such lavish praise on Rumph? I’m legitimately asking. Even faint praise. I don’t recall it. It may have happened. But I’d like to see it. There’s a reason I’m asking.
