What the **** does a guy have to do? Kick them into orbit?

This guy has been unbelievably good this year. People should be ashamed and embarrassed that he could be overlooked.

This makes me sick.

Well then the Ray Guy award just plummeted to the bottom of the Mariana Trench in lost respect, because Pat O'Donnell IS the Ray Guy award.

The same idiots who made the Obama the liar healthcare website and investigated the Jameis Winston rape/sexual assault case must pick the finalists.

Straight idiots

excuse me for interjecting (probably where it doesn't belong but anyways) but, don't you have to have a certain amount of punts to qualify?

ripped from ESPN: With the Ray Guy award, the four criteria utilized are percentage of punts not returned, average return yardage, net punting average and punts downed inside the 20.

you guys should know by now that Miami players have always been snubbed when getting awards. Reed, Taylor, Rolle, or Buch never got the Thorpe. McGahee should of gotten the Heisman. I dont think we have ever had a Blitnekof winner... which is baffling when we had guys like Irvin, Perriman, Thomas, Dre, Wayne, Santana..

Forget about not being a finalist , he wasn't even a semifinalist as one of the top 10 punters in the country!

Zero ***** given. Any team that's known for being good at punting, sucks. I don't want to be known for being good at punting.

Eric Crouch over Dorsey for the heisman was a joke. Dorsey showed Crouch up when we destroyed Nebraska a couple of weeks later in the NC

It's kickers like O'Donnell that make any team better, as he did ours. I shudder to think how bad our season would be without him.

It's O'Donnell's fault this defense struggles. If it weren't for his booming punts offenses wouldn't be so far backed up and our defense would only have to give up 70 yards instead of 90 yards. It forces our defense to be on the field longer.

.....

/sarcasm. O'Donnell is the man. I do think he outkicks coverage sometimes and we struggle to down the ball inside the 20 but part of that is on the unit as a whole not getting down there and finding the ball. Heres to hoping we dont have to see him at all today because our offense scores at will.
