Good catch. I'm an idiot. Just heard on radio that he could be the guy to replace Emmert so that would be interesting.

I'm not sure he said anything so new or specific here but I'll take anything that's even a close to a public shot at wannabe good ol' boy Emmert. The sooner we replace him with someone that doesn't have $EC ties the better.

Looking back on it, I remember feeling some schadenfreude when Paul Dee was smashing USC. I kinda regret that ever happened now because maybe if USC had stayed dominant it would have disrupted this little $EC run. Their success really seems to have coincided with every other conference being down simultaneously irrespective of their perceived "greatnesss". Like I can't remember a stretch of that long where there wasn't dominant teams from muliple conferences.
