I used to hate this guy but then in 2011 he won me back and he is amazing.

Plus he loves the wire.

NCAA is like the government. Zero accountability and absolute corruption. I would love to see the school sue and destroy them. I'd love to see it broken up in an anti-trust case.

I'd also love if schools and leagues left the NCAA. Its the only way to send a message.

Being governed by the NCAA is voluntary, right?

I assume its voluntary, but you cannot participate in the tournaments unless you are a member.

This dude has had our back since this began, give him props for that. Would love to see him go after C. Robinson and that **** he calls journalism.

Then it would have to be a universal revolt from all schools for that to happen. Maybe that isnt realistic, but maybe some type of reform is.

This statement summaries the core of this entire investigation.

"Charles Robinson of Yahoo! and NCAA investigators hopped in bed with a convicted ponzi schemer, Nevin Shapiro, to bring down the University of Miami football program."

Walter Byers, the white conservative from Kansas who created the modern NCAA. In his 1997 memoir “Unsportsmanlike Conduct: Exploiting the Student-Athlete," Byers wrote:

“Today the NCAA Presidents Commission is preoccupied with tightening a few loose bolts in a worn machine, firmly committed to the neo-plantation belief that the enormous proceeds from college games belong to the overseers (administrators) and supervisors (coaches). The plantation workers performing in the arena may only receive those benefits authorized by the overseers.”

If you choose to go outside the jurisdiction of the NCAA at the moment, you wouldn't even be able to play a single game against NCAA comp... And that's why they've been flexing their muscles for quite some time now. They have a complete monopoly over collegiate athletics and they're proving to be quite the sham with their enforcement policies. Just pay the **** players a stipend.
