Came on at 330 anyone know what was said?
Emmert is a assclownOpens with a summary of the NCAA case. Gets to Najjar letter.
- Emmert: We shouldn't have done that, but its trivial. Minor error in judgement. (seriously?)
- Shapiro's seeking revenge brought up. Emmert says he has an extreme depth of knowldge? (******* A kidding Mark?)
- Emmert: no commitment. (Even though we were dangling cash in front of him.)
- NCAA guilty of LOIC asks ESPN? OMG, kill me now.
- Emmert: of course not.
ESPN: NCAA hid facts, calls into question the entire report.
Julie Roe Lach (Fired as NCAA VP of Enforcement in February):
"I accept responsibility for what happened on my watch and remain a believer in a strong enforcement program. Following the August 2011 presidential retreat, the enforcement staff had a clear charge to be innovative and deliver significant cases, which we did. Lost in the important discussion of the Miami case is the reality that enforcement was overhauled inside (the investigative arm) and out (the penalties) from 2010-2012. One misstep should not unravel the good work that's already been done..."

...they call that a mistrial in the real world no?
The interviewer was jacking him in the jaw. Saying a guy who was in need of money you dangle money in front of him you don't think he could make stuff up to get more. Assclown Mark says no cant see that to be true
