I think you guys got hosed, as in being behind Bama, but unfortunately the losses at the end of the year are what kept you out with the way everything fell in CCG weekend.

However, curious as I’m only going to get Vols by fiddy on our board (I admitted already made that post on our board, calling them 7 on 7 merchants), how do you see this game going and if you’re a betting man, where are you leaning on the 7 point spread?

Vols by 12. You’re part of my moneyline parlay. Go Vols!

I won’t be cheering for Ohio state, but if I had to put a bet on who wins I would take them. You might find our fan base conflicted here, as much as they should be rooting against Ohio state in all but about three possible matchups, we are whipped into such a frenzy about how overrated the SEC is because we couldn’t beat Georgia tech that I feel people will have no choice but to pull for the ****eyes so they can have told us so, even though it isn’t even our conference playing them.

I don't get the sense that OSU wants to win that game. I think they're a better team than Tennessee, ngl. I don't care who wins, I just need that team to beat Oregon.

It’s not stated enough how overrated Tennessee is. Everyone has been hung up on Indiana, Penn State, even Texas all being flawed and/or overrated , not accomplishing much of anything … but if you really look at Tennessee, what have THEY done that screams they’re capable of a deep playoff run?

Buckeyes by 10 or more

OSU at home should be -3 favorites but Tennessee definitely has the Defense to limit OSU's offense but key word being limit, not stop. OSU is going to come out very motivated following a loss to Michigan. Tennessee DL and secondary better be ready to play.

On the flip side, Tennessee has what's needed on offense to slow down OSU's offense, a strong run game that can hold onto the ball. I would try pound the rock and take the crowd out of it. Dylan Sampson is legit and it the motor for Tennessee's offensive attack. Nico is overrated and is a talented game manager to this point. I would force OSU to respect Nico's legs and deep ball to open up the run game some more but Sampson should get 20+carries for Tenn to have a shot at the upset.

I still think OSU is the most talented with regards to nfl talent. But that doesn’t win games, Chip Kelly is a **** hole and Will Howard is just OK.

If Tenn can get off to a quick start it will be interesting. But if OSU punches 1-2 in early I think they roll.

So the SEC’s third best team just got mollywhopped. Wonder if the media will keep the same energy as they did when Indiana and SMU got smacked. Maybe the SEC should’ve been a two-bid league.

Tough when real life doesn’t fit the narrative.
