As of now, with the exception of the visit to Central high school, Mario is doing all of the recruiting. That's not sustainable and inefficient. Mirabal cannot recruit for Miami until he's officially hired.

Mario obviously needs help from assistant coaches so completing his staff is paramount. It will be interesting to see if there are any reports of existing staff members visiting recruits. That would be an indication that they are staying.

As far as I know, there have been no reports of staff members visiting recruits.
