Just for conversation sake...On the show today the question was what team not currently ranked would you pick to make a run at the national championship? They both pick Miami, main reason is because of the play of Stephen Morris and Duke Johnson. They also said they wont be surprise if Miami had a big year.

*One of the host today was Danny Kannel (FSU)

We beat FLA and that will give these kids ALOT of confidence and juice! The ONLY thing that worries me is have we shaken this habit of losing to teams that we shouldnt at the worst times. For example, we upset UF and are 5-0 going into the @UNC game. The whole country is on the bandwagon, we are the hottest topic of every show, the kids are getting alot of love, the whole nine yards..Then we lose to UNC. Can we break this bad habit? Al HAS to prove he can do this and keep this team focused.

I think that the fact that depth chart is a little deeper will help keep that from happening. If a kid is not as focused as he should be there is actually someone waiting to take his spot. This a luxury we haven't had in a long while. We are still not as deep as we need to be but, we are a ****load deeper than we have been.

Canes need to worry about beating their conference opponents if they want to do anything big. Miami hasn't beaten UVA and UNC in the same year since 2005. 2005.
