Not sure why we havent been on this big interior kid from Valdosta who played with Jake Garcia for a short time?.

I'm all for bringing in more physicality and size this go round...AND hitting the OL Portal.

Yea, I don’t know why we’re not putting more work on the interior. That kids Tyhler looks really good but is probably a year away weight room wise then there’s Ben northing about the USO from Utah.

He needs to work on his technique, S&C, and has had motivational issues as a soph & JR which is a HUGE RED FLAG for a linemen. Valdosta HS has played 9 games but peak put out a 4 game SR highlight film, which makes one wonder what happened in the other 5 games.

@Liberty City El @DMoney With this years OL group....im in favor of getting a bit away from the athleticism and wants some brutes in the interior. Im in favor of types like Peak and the Samoan kid to pair with the athleticism of Carswell.

Miami is in desperate need of OL’s who can create a consistent push upfront.

Zion should come back next year & Campbell will be the next in line at RT.

But we’ll need some replacements for Donaldson & Scaife imo, I’m out on Scaife I don’t think he’s good enough to be relied upon as a starter anymore. I think he plays mostly now because he’s experienced & we really don’t have anybody else that can be a quality Guard, but I just don’t believe he’s that good anymore.

We need to hit the Portal again for next year’s OL, we need another G & possibly another T.

I don’t think we’ll see much development from Issiah Walker, Chris Washington or Michael McLaughlin & I don’t expect to see Seymore or Rodriguez til 2023, so whoever we take in this class needs to be more physically inclined to being plug & play a lot quicker than we’re used to.

We’ve taken developmental OL’s for the last 3 classes & they aren’t getting developed fast enough lol

I have faith in Campbell he is good. I think one of the 3 tackles you name pops soon as a player.

We 100% need to go portal....but speaking from a hs perspective is what im getting at. I preferably want the samoan kid as a play to get the other samoan kid thats in the portal. lol

I sure as heck hope we see development from Walker McLoughlin and Washington. It’s their job to get better. I think Seymour will be in the mix next year after this year and summer of getting his body right. Both he and Rodriguez are the ornery O lineman you win with. I agree Nelson should come back. I happen to think Campbell can be ok. But again, Justice has missed on legit every target.

I am sure Diaz like it or not will be back. I hope Blake is fired but no matter what……i hope Diaz is forced to make staff changes and the admit saving their money on Diaz should be putting some of that into the hires on staff. NO MORE coach and DC. Lose Justice Patke and get people who can recruit

Yea I remember. Gaby even called him a dog in the article. He also says that he’s got the exact frame we’re looking for.

We’ll see what happens but I see no reason we can’t finish with Flip, this kid, one of Brown/McCoy, and Agbo.

I really think Malik is waiting for a reason to commit here. Us winning out might do it.
