That's actually an amazing reflection on what the coaching staff has done here. Wisconsin too.

We are building something special. It's only a matter of time. 2 more classes and our # will more than double. Our coaches keep coaching them up and developing them and look out college football!

The main thing though is in the trenches... We need to ensure that is at the top of the list every season.

Bama and OSU #s are just silly.

The ratings services are quick to give an extra star to a prospect if he has a committable offer to either program, so I'm sure those numbers are at least a bit skewed. If we can get to 45-50 4/5 stars (2-deep on the OL and DL), we will have a dynasty on our hands.

Well, 15 out of the 25 are from the last 2 classes and we are on pace to sign another 15 this year. The crazy thing about this team is we don't have a single 5th year Senior from the class of 2013 left on the roster. We only got 1 five star in Chad Thomas.

Four Stars or Higher We singed:
10 out of 24 in Squad17
9 out of 19 in Swag16 (3 gone)
5 out of 22 in 2015 (1 gone)
8 out 27 in 2014 (3 gone)
10 out of 21 in 2013 with 1 DNQ (Griffin)
9 out of 21 in 2012 with 2 5 Stars (Duke, Tracy), 1 DNQ (AJL)
4 out of 20 in 2011 and of 1 them DNQ (Grooms), 1 transferred (Grimble), Chickillo was a 5 Star and Dallas Crawford was the 4th guy.

2017 (10)
Jeff Thomas 40
Navaughn Donaldson 71
D.J. Johnson 72
N'Kosi Perry 193
Trajan Bandy 231
Kai-Leon Herbert 255

As it stands right now, as of this moment, the 2017 and 2018 classes combined is 53% 4 and 5 star players.

The 2018 class alone is 68% 4 and 5 star, with a few underrated guys (Ivey, Wiggins, maybe even J Campbell) with a kicker and full back (those guys are never 4 stars).

Lastly, we are about to add about 4 to 6 more 4-5 star guys to this class. Take out Baxa and Realus from the percentage because they are both #1 at their position but their positions rarely get 4 stars and we add the guys we are probably going to add, we are looking at a 4-5 star percentage around 78-83%.

As long as at least 80% of our kids are from sofla and fla were good. Can anyone track how high 3 start sofla recruits have performed in the last 3 years. Every time I watch another team there is always some sofla kid ballin out and leading a team at something

I remember Jeudy getting his 5th star after committing to bama. Also have you s en how much Jobe and hall have dropped after not deep throating saban. Both deserve to be top 10 db’s.

JJ was the number one wr regardless he deserved and earned that ranking

Who are the 4-6 guys left that you anticipate coming?

Briggs
Chatfield
Jarren

Who else?

Not saying he didn’t. We all knew he was a 5 star way before he got it. Just pointing out hat some layers get star bumps. It’s not like Jeudy had a bunch of film after he committed

i would throw Campbell in there with those guys as being confident about with a chance at Surtain, one or two of the other DL, OL , or WR we are going after.

Yeah I'm guessing we get one or two surprises in addition to Campbell and those listed above.
