Miami football was back in action today after a week off with spring break, and picked up right where they left off last week with a mix of individual drills and one-on-one routes as practice game to a close. While there hasn’t been full contact for the most part, we could see full pads as early as this Saturday.

My observations from Spring Practice #4:

OFFENSE:
  • WR Josiah Trader (0) was electric, in both routes I saw he was extremely shifty and even beat CB Charles Brantley (19) on...

Upshaw's recruitment/practice coverage reminds me of the same with Jacolby George. I remember Brashard & Mello being the more heralded guys & most asked about & reported on. Then there would be a little blurb every other report about Jacolby consistently making plays.

Hopefully it works out for all the guys this go round. They're certainly walking into a better situation.

Oh yeah he was doing that last practice too. The “I’ll leave it at that” part made me think there was something more to it. I want to know how the other QBs were as well.

That part was more in regards to everything off the field :ROFLMAO: . The other QB's were alright, nothing spectacular, nothing too poor. They weren't making reads on defenses or anything you can really judge on, simply hit their targets during drills and ones

Orrrr… thinking out loud.

“She’s being stupid. I’m not calling her first.. should I call her? Nahh… can’t give her the upper hand. She better call me by tomorrow or else I’m done for real. I’m sad. Guess I’ll call Brock when I get out practice and fly to Vegas for weekend”
