From the article:

Before she hung up, Shalala told me that she is part of a group of “major university presidents” who have taken up the task of reforming the N.C.A.A. Although she declined to give specifics, she said that “it is very clear to me what changes need to be made.”

Lulz Shalala is trolling the NCAA..

Watch out she comin!

We definitely got lucky that the ncaa botched the investigation. The sanctions could have been devastating. I hope that POS rots in ****. He destroyed a lot of people's lives. Thankfully, he didn't destroy the program .

Why trolling? I think that the N.C.A.A. was created by, and is subservient to, the university presidents. The presidents can change it at any time and in any way they want. Maybe I do not understand. If I am wrong about this, please (someone who knows what they are talking about) correct me.
