Notre Dame Tailgating

So what's the deal with tailgating up there?

Our group is planning on taking the 'L' then walking the rest of the way.

Does anyone know if we'll be able to post up in a parking spot if we don't have a car?

I don't feel like going to the sponsored UM tailgate..what are you guys doing?

I am going to the sponsored tailgate because they usually do a good job, and Sebastian will be there (my son loves that part)

Is this the $80 tailgate? If so, what do they provide?

unlimited food and soft drinks...cash bar for liquor went to the one at maryland last year...its 55 for adults and 45 for students
