Based on the threads and posts this week, most everyone thought we'd lose by 50 and were whining and complaining, and ripping coaches and players alike. We were down 16-13 in the 4th quarter and lost by 13 with both teams scoring garbage TDs.

The entire week we were going to lose by 50 and it wouldn't be competitive. Now we lose by 13 and it was a lot closer for 75% of the game and people are complaining like we were supposed to win but blew it or something. Y'all crack me up. The very same people who said we'd lose by 50 are acting all upset that we lost a relatively close hard fought game. It's like some of you actually get joy out of Miami losing.

8 years of perspective threads...I think everyone is just tired of the ****

That's great, but it's not realistic. Reality is we're not there yet, and reality is we're getting there. Be tired of it, but it's not going to change the fact that we are young, and we are inexperienced and that our older players, because of Shannon, are really, really, really bad for the most part.

Well you can take this loss as a lack of depth. The team played close up till the 4th when FSU just started to run away with it. That is what happens when your DLine and LB depth isnt up there. Or filled with freshman. Alot of those kids do not have a full season of college conditioning yet.

i'm upset with the offense of play calling but I didn't get too upset with the loss. FSU has more talent and experience then us. its that simple. yeah we were in the game but come on, if it wasn't for all the FSU flags and mistakes do you think the score would have stayed that close the whole game??? I came away pleased that the defense looks like its playing good enough to keep us in games.

Herby talked about watching this team next year and seeing a totally different team. Thought that was good perspective and exciting to hear.

We still had plenty of life right up until that ridiculous no call on Kelvin Benjamin swung the game.

Lots of good things to take away from last night.

And for as many mistakes as FSU made, there were a lot of lucky bounces they got as well.

Great call on corner blitz by McGee. They were so lucky that ball popped straight in the air and right back to Manuel. That could have been picked up and returned for a TD.
