GT, really?

QB carousel between a banged up guy who can barely pass (of course he’s back today) and a gimpy freshman.

Starting RB knocked out super early (no worries, still had nearly a hundo lol).

5-4 team (I know they’re decent, but they’re not good).

Brutal 3rd and longs given up (not surprised, but still wtf…and they weren’t particularly close).

GT guy makes the superman TD catch of his life.

Buncha nerds throwing down the U. Again.

If we’re gonna get caught, it is not gonna be by a guy like that…is it??

It was too good to be true. Cam has it at the end. We all know what’s going to happen. This is what we do, right? You guessed it: Romello f’kng Height. Smh.

In retrospect, I could’ve lived with the Louisville shootout going the other way, or even the Cal comeback falling short. In terms of being able to digest it.

But GT? This version of GT?

And after last year??

Offense laid an egg. Period. I would’ve taken GT scoring in the 20s all day. Easy money.

Brutal.

It’s a familiar feeling in an unfamiliar context. Kind of surreal. Did I expect this? Strange question to think about.

Gotta win the ACC now. Moping aside, it’s certainly possible. Best chance we’ve had in a long time. I’ll still take it.

But what waste of a mulligan. And an offense.

I think most people are shocked by the offense. I am. I have been on the train of “idc about the def because no one can stop our offense” and a team that gives up more PPG than we do did…

Cam Ward dancing around behind the LOS and back pedaling on throws is not a Heisman QB. Heisman is over. Maybe 1st team ACC, but no Heisman.
