and kids are starting to ***** about it.

Gonna help us tremendously. Golden has shown he will play the young guys (not that he has much of a choice).

Jimbo doesn't practice what he preaches. A lot of their freshmen are better than some starters yet he won't play them. He told the, all the best players plays. He lied

this only shows the frontline guys they have are progressing and are that much better. this is actually a bad sign for us

That's actually a good thing IMHO. Them getting to redshirt this class is going to pay amazing dividends for them down the line. I WISH we could do that. These 2 getting their shirts burned for limited time isn't what their coaches wanted.
 
Everyone plays freshman until they don't have to anymore. FSU simply is seeing their big classes hit junior / senior year. Hopefully '14 kids will shy away from them because of the depth chart.

This is a mark of the entitled mosnters that have been created. You are supposed to redshirt as a freshman, with rare exception, when things are going well. These kids want to go to a winning program AND be handed starting jobs. F them.

but do you want kids who are scared of a depth chart?
 
If you're afraid of the depth chart, whether it is at Miami or FSU or anywhere else, go to UCF or Marshall and have fun. These kids rarely work out.

Crazy amounts of rationalizing going on in this thread.....
I just hope Jimbo is the hack i thing he is as an HC, because as a recruiter he has it down. Jernigan and Warner alone would make us a potential 10 win team.

I think the point is Jumbo is selling lies to get those kids there, knowing he plans to 'shirt em. Hopefully recruits are seeing that, which will make him a little less credible. Combine some more losing with being a lying sack of sh@t, and that can't do anything but help us.
 
I don't want to hear those kids *****ing. They knew their positions were already stocked when they went there. The only thing that they could possibly complain about IMO is if everyone there knows that they beat the other guys out and they're still going to shirt. Besides that, everyone that followed their class marveled at how they were signing top kids at positions they already had a lot of guys at.


But whatever. If it somehow helps us just land Matthew Thomas that would be great.
 
Redshirting means that they are not as good as the guys in front of them. If they are complaining about PT, then it's probably an entitlement issue. We've had our share of that. FSU can have those types of kids..
