They're gonna suck again this year. I don't see it with their roster, I think they go 3-9/4-8. Bringing in a rehash at OC who was about to get fired doesn't inspire confidence. They also didn't do much in the portal.

I will gladly pay F$U for all the "public disdain they encountered for the past 2 years", as long as we can offset that payment with a charge to F$U for how much they devalued the ACC SoS and strength-of-conference by going 2-10 last year.

Because somehow, some way...I know that F$U did more monetary harm to the ACC in 2024 with their ****** football team...than the value of the "public disdain" they "encountered".

Those clowns deserved all the public disdain they encountered the last 2 years and then some.

From their lawsuit with the ACC, their constant whining about the “snub”, their lack of accountability and acknowledging the sugar bowl beat down, claiming an undefeated season, their cringy videos of Norvell, their delusional takes and posts, their sorry effort and performance on the field this year. Never has there been a program more embarrassing and pathetic than FSU has been the last 2 years.
 
In fairness, FSU has earned their public disdain by being completely insufferable. They cried about “the snub”. Their entire team quit on the bowl game. They then proceeded to act like they were superior to everyone in the ACC and file some ridiculous lawsuit like they deserved to be let out of their contract because the rest of the league wasn’t good enough for them. In the preseason, they had the “best d line in America”. They proceeded to get smoked in week 0 and embarrass themselves weekly to the point where just when you thought it couldn’t get worse, it did. How could they expect anyone to actually like them?

I don't have a problem with them filing a lawsuit. They shouldn't get "disdain" for that. GORs are, at their core, improper and unenforceable (at least in a monetary sense).

I'm fine with Miami paying F$U $5M for "disdain" if F$U agrees to give us back a penny for every time a whiny, ****y F$U fan has used the word "snub" in the past 14 months...

Miami will soon be swimming in cash...

The main issue is acting like you’re too good for the rest of the conference only to get smoked by every single conference opponent they played besides Cal. Them specifically calling out SMU as “beneath them” only to get their **** pushed in so far by the mustangs, it came out their noses.

I think every team in the ACC agrees that they got stuck with a terrible TV rights contract but only one team pretended like they were the only ones who deserved a bigger deal.

I could see them going 8-4 or 7-5 this year, the fanbase will get fired up and think they are back, but then they lose almost everyone again and then they will got 5-7 or 4-8 in 26, their schedule is ridiculous that year. They will be back in limbo on whether to fire Norvell or not. It is truly amazing.
