They’re banking on the portal, I don’t think they realize how bad it’s going to be. They aren’t going to get the top guys but I’d also predict they’ll struggle with the Bama/UGA rejects as well.

There wont be a rebound , Its too far gone . They lose whatever little talent they have this year . Next year could actually be worse.

It’ll be difficult selling the portal. Recruiting is a fluid situation. Last year they could point to all their portal success, and they were able to sell themselves and maybe get a tiny NIL discount because of it. But in a world of “what have you done for me lately” the success of fiske and verse doesn’t matter because every transfer they chose this year has worsened their draft stock
