Any decent coach given the unprecedented financial resources available to the football program would achieve what Mario has achieved here.

It's great that he's relentless in making improvements, but the reason those improvements are needed in year 4 is because of bad decisions he's made.

Hopefully he gets these next decisions right, because we're stuck with him either way.

Apparently, you haven't read other posts where people have given him credit for overhauling the secondary and getting Beck at QB. But that's kind of his job isn't it? When you're in charge, you accept the blame for everything that goes wrong and deflect praise for the good things to your coaches/subordinates.

My personal take people attack him on all the negative but things that are positive to the program he is not mentioned. If people want to finger point they need to do the same when he makes changes and lands another portal or high school kid. Just my two cents.

He has unprecedented financial resources compared to past UM teams, but not when compared to other big time programs.

Rather it’s recruiting, on field coaching or talent acquisition, seems MC runs a smooth program & it showed on the field. I expect we about to add more top tier TP in the spring.
